Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

Trauma-Informed therapy for deep healing

Healing is not about fixing what is wrong...it is about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that learned to survive by disconnecting, pleasing others, or going quiet. I work with individuals who are ready to come back into themselves. People who feel deeply, who have spent years prioritizing others, masking their truth, or abandoning their own needs in order to feel safe, loved, or accepted.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 30 years of experience, I offer a grounded, compassionate, and trauma-informed therapeutic space where healing happens through presence, attunement, and practical tools,  while honoring your own pace and process.

My therapeutic approach

My work is rooted in the understanding that trauma lives not only in the mind, but in the nervous system and the body. True healing requires more than insight alone.

I integrate:

   •   EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to process traumatic experiences, reduce emotional distress connected to painful memories, and shift deeply held negative beliefs.

   •   Psychodynamic therapy to explore how past experiences, early relationships, attachment patterns, and unconscious beliefs influence present-day emotions, relationships, and behaviors.

   •   Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to support deeper emotional exploration, help gain new perspectives, and work through depression, trauma-related patterns, and experiences that have been difficult to access through traditional therapies alone.

   •   Gestalt therapy to increase present moment awareness, explore unresolved emotional experiences, and deepen understanding of relational patterns through experiential work.

   •   Parts work to understand protective patterns, connect with wounded parts, and cultivate greater self-compassion and self-understanding.

   •   Somatic awareness to help clients reconnect with their bodies and internal cues

   •   Insight-oriented talk therapy to build clarity, self-trust, and meaning

Together, we work to identify and transform patterns such as people-pleasing, self-abandonment, emotional masking, and difficulty with boundaries. I'll meet you where you are, while gently challenging you to look deeper, trust yourself, and move towards the life and relationships you truly want.

Areas of specialization

   •   PTSD, complex trauma and childhood trauma

   •   Sexual, physical, and emotional abuse

   •   Childhood emotional neglect, attachment wounds, and relational trauma

   •   Grief and loss, including identity shifts and major life transitions

   •   Anxiety, depression, and chronic stress

   •   Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic integration

   •   Relationship difficulties, intimacy, and attachment patterns

   •   Nervous system dysregulation and emotional overwhelm

   •   Self-worth, boundaries, patterns of people-pleasing, and self-abandonment

   •   Spiritual awakening, personal growth, and life transitions

My role is to help you understand yourself more deeply, shift the patterns keeping you stuck, and reconnect with your true essence.

Working with me...

Clients often describe my approach as grounded, attuned, and deeply present. In our work together, there is space for what feels difficult, tender, or long-held, without pressure to perform or move faster than feels right. I bring compassion and honesty to the work, honoring what once helped you cope while supporting meaningful change toward greater embodiment, authenticity, and self-trust.

If you are ready to stop abandoning yourself and begin living with greater self-trust, clarity, and authenticity, I’m here to support you. Healing does not mean becoming someone new. it means coming home to who you already are!
